ABOUT US

The Rita Jenvey School of Dancing was established in 1954 by Rita (Jenvey) Butcher, who still supports the school. This makes us one of the longest running dance schools in Bournemouth.

We offer a variety of dance classes for both boys and girls from school age through to adult.

All our teachers are in possession of current DBS checks and we always have a First-Aid qualified teacher at our lessons.

We encourage our students to reach their full potential and explore their own individual dancing journey.

We have the use of three different church halls- one in Winton, another close to Castle Point and the other in Charminster. Providing plenty of room for our students to dance freely and socialise safely with their peers.
